WHERE DO YOU COME FROM?

I was born in Mallorca,
raised between the small city of
Palma and Porto Colom,
a fisherman’s village.

Both of my parents are British,
they fled to the island when they
were of age and never went back to England.

WHERE IS HOME NOW? WHERE HAS HOME BEEN?

Home has always been Mallorca.
I’ve been living in
Barcelona for more than 10 years but it's just where I work,
it’s kind of a second home full of amazing people
that are my family too. It’s great,
but there's no place like home.

WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY WORKING ON?

I'm very focused on the main project in my life right
now, Keef Palas. It's an amazing experience I've been
sharing with Eugenia Oliva for a year and a half.

I’m also doing costume design and working as a photographer
more and more.

WHAT DOES ART DO FOR YOU?

It makes me feel far from the “real” world.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY ROUTINE LOOK LIKE?
 DO YOU HAVE ANY HABITS?

Fresh water with lemon and ginger first thing in the morning.

I’m also obsessed with having an agenda and writing down everything I have to do every day.

WHAT HAS LOVE MADE YOU CAPABLE OF DOING?

True love makes me feel capable of accomplishing
anything.

CITE THREE  FEMALE  ARTISTS  YOU ADMIRE.

A BOOK?

My life by
Isadora Duncan
.

CITE SOME SONGS THAT WOULD BE ON YOUR FAVORITE PLAYLIST

A lot of Spanish Trap, haha. To be honest it's barely all I listen to.

HOW DO YOU THINK SOCIAL MEDIA IS CHANGING THE ART WORLD?
DO YOU THINK ITS BECOME A USEFUL TOOL FOR ARTISTS?

It can give you a lot of visibility,
but it also can be toxic.
Everything is blending and changing very fast, it's hard to answer,
but it's definitely powerful.

DEFINE WHAT HAPPINESS IS TO YOU.

The same feeling as swimming
in the Mediterranean Sea.
Naked.

WHAT KIND OF THINGS WOULD EXIST IN YOUR IDEAL UTOPIA  ?

The answer is, everything that shouldn’t exist in this world,
wouldn't exist in my ideal utopia.
All the bad.
Bye bye. Gone. :)

YOUR WORK IS HEAVILY CENTERED
AROUND THE FEMALE FORM, WHY IS THIS?

I don't have a premeditated speech or statement on this, but someone once wrote me this beautiful DM:

"There holds a balance of masculinity and femininity in your
art. I like how there's a natural and artistic sexuality,
without perversion, this is so rare these days. Something
delicate, yet powerful. Thank you for sharing"

I guess I continuously embrace the female figure because it's what I live in and want to express my own vision.

WHICH ART MOVEMENT DO YOU FEEL HAS INFLUENCED YOUR WORK
THE MOST, IF ANY?

The Antwerp Six in fashion
and the
Avant-Garde movement in
art.

AS AN ARTIST, WHAT’S YOUR MOST INDISPENSABLE TOOL?

Time.
